Domaine du Vieux Lazaret Chateauneuf-du-Pape white has a fresh acidity, married to a round, long floral flavour with hints of honey and almonds. Excellent length and lively in the mouth, with a touch of candied apricots. As the wine ages, particularly over 6 years, it becomes riper with flavours of fruit confits and minerals.
