Rated 93 - Lurton's 2007 Piedra Negra Malbec was sourced from a single vineyard in Vista Flores. It was fermented with native yeasts and aged for 18 months in first use French oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it delivers an expressive bouquet of toasty oak, pencil lead, lavender, exotic spices, incense, plum, blueberry, and black cherry confiture.
