Sometimes, as I put my nose into a glass, I wish I could crawl into the glass to immerse every molecule into it. I am passionate and obsessed with all of the elements that comprise this beautiful and storied beverage. Through all of the travels in my glass, I have come to find that well made wine comes from many places throughout the world. Some of the regions and countries we represent are: Croatia, Turkey, Hungary, Jerusalem, Galilee, Greece and Morocco (just to name a few). You will find well-known varietals from unique regions and well-known regions that produce unique varietals. We have taken the time to source wines from vineyards that have modern wine-making techniques to better reflect current styles. The result is that the wines have flavor profiles that are very palate-friendly. Some of these wineries have been producing amazing wines that are known to very few. This was not an exercise in finding obscure wines. We did not accept compromise in wine-making procedures or wines that carry unusual flavors that people can not seem to wrap their palate around. Nor do our wines reflect only my personal preferences. The theme, here, is balance. The idea is that the world, not just your "usual suspects, "makes wine of fabulous flavor and value.
